What we collect

To fulfil an order: your name, shipping address and email, collected at checkout by Stripe and shared with us solely to print your envelope and send you dispatch notices. If you write to us through the correspondence form, we receive what you chose to write and the email you provided.

What we do with it

Ship your editions, answer your messages, comply with tax law. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the services needed to operate: Stripe (payments), our email provider, and the postal service. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax law (currently 10 years). Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer it.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may ask at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing: records@thecryptidpost.com. You may also complain to the CNPD (cnpd.pt), the Portuguese data protection authority.
